Welcome!
Leigh Ladies Choir is a community choir based in Leigh, Kent for women of all ages and abilities. We don’t audition – just come along and have a go – we are a very friendly bunch!

Our emphasis is on fun, supporting our local community and supporting each other. It’s a great way to meet a broad range of women in the local area, learn something new and take your mind off the complications of everyday life.

We sing a variety of songs – from traditional folk to jazzy pop and nothing too complicated. You can choose to sing Alto, Mezzo or Soprano or have a go at each and see what suits your voice best. Don’t worry if you’ve never sung before – we have all ages and abilities, and no one takes it at all seriously!

No musical experience is necessary – we offer basic singing technique tips and there are plenty of us on hand who can help with music theory too should you wish to pick up a few pointers.
